Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

2 c cooked rice

2 c whole milk

1/3 c sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 cardamon pod

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 c raisins

1 Tb butter

Directions:

-Place rice and milk in a pot and bring to a boil

-Reduce heat and add sugar, cinnamon cardamon, vanilla and salt

-Simmer for 10 min stirring constantly

- Add raisins and continue to stir until it thickens

-Remove from heat and stir in butter

-Serve warm or cool
