Garden Scavenger Hunt

The 1st and 2nd Graders started the season with a Scavenger Hunt in the Garden of Bliss. In the greenhouse, they searched for cucumbers on the vine, picked sorrel to put in their buckets and smelled rosemary and other herbs. Outside, they looked for the big purple cabbage, picked cherry tomatoes and smelled fresh basil growing in the pizza garden. In the end, we sat under the fruit trees and snacked on cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and the always popular sour sorrel.
