We're Still Growing

As temperatures continued to fall, we decided take a look at our early January crops. This year, our three season greenhouse is approaching year round production - at least for chard, Kale and some lettuce. Lots to do - this is the time for seed orders, winter cleanup and dreaming up plans for spring.
